Origin

Fintop-finance was born in August, 2017 when two financial and investment companies (Poxar Limited and Lenxbit Finance) decided to merge together. The motion for the merger was first proposed by Mike Randall, Founder and then CEO of Lenxbit Finance, to Leroy Hudson (Founder of Poxar Limited) back in July, 2016, when the company first filed for bankruptcy.
An agreement for the merger was eventually reached in April, 2017 and all the legal processes were finally concluded in May later that year. The name Fintop-finance was adopted later that same year. This decision was made after the purpose of the company was extensively reviewed and redefined unanimously.
The main purpose of the merger agreement was to eliminate competition and to rejuvenate the crumbling companies as Leroy Hudson announces that Poxar Limited was going to file for bankruptcy in February, 2017. Fintop-finance has achieved its aim of founding. And ever since then the company has experienced remarkable breakthroughs and attained high levels of success.
